Four Rivers Behavioral Health offers programs and treatments designed to support the unique needs of veterans and their families. Services address a range of concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, while also helping connect veterans with additional resources in the community and through Veteran’s Affairs.

Our goal is to provide compassionate, coordinated care that recognizes the experiences of those who have served and supports long-term wellness and recovery.

Veteran-Focused Support

Veterans often benefit from support that recognizes both recovery needs and military-related experiences. Four Rivers Behavioral Health maintains up-to-date information on veteran-specific resources, including referrals to area medical providers and Veteran’s Affairs offices, helping connect individuals with the broader support system available to them.

Mental Health Services

Mental health services for veterans are available through the Center for Adult Services and include individual therapy, group therapy, and traditional outpatient counseling. Care is available for concerns such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and other behavioral health needs.

The Center for Adult Services also works closely with Four Rivers Behavioral Health’s Medical Department to provide psychiatric care, including medication support when appropriate. Clinicians are trained in evidence-based trauma treatments such as EMDR and CBT.

Substance Use Treatment

Four Rivers Behavioral Health offers substance use treatment options that recognize the unique support needs veterans may have in recovery. Services are available in both outpatient and residential settings, with peer-driven support available across multiple programs.

Treatment options are designed to support recovery while also addressing co-occurring mental health concerns when needed.

Center for Specialized Addiction Services

The Center for Specialized Addiction Services provides outpatient treatment, including individual counseling, group therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, and Drug Court-related services. This program offers a flexible starting point for veterans who need structured addiction treatment while remaining connected to daily life.

William H. Fuller Memorial Center

The William H. Fuller Memorial Center is a 28-day residential treatment program for men and women. The program uses a 12-step model and evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while also addressing co-occurring mental health disorders.

CenterPoint Recovery Center for Men

CenterPoint Recovery Center for Men is a 120-bed, long-term residential substance use treatment center. The program is built around a 12-step model and the nationally recognized Recovery Dynamics curriculum.

Turning Point Recovery Community Center

The Center for Specialized Addiction Services provides outpatient treatment, including individual counseling, group therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, and Drug Court-related services. This program offers a flexible starting point for veterans who need structured addiction treatment while remaining connected to daily life.
