In addition to residential care, services include crisis stabilization, post-overdose outreach, and specialized residential programs designed to support pregnant and parenting women in recovery. Programs are designed to provide structure, stability, and support while individuals focus on healing.

Center for Specialized Addiction Services

If you’re unsure where to begin, the Center for Specialized Addiction Services serves as the central starting point for substance use treatment at Four Rivers Behavioral Health. This center helps connect individuals to the appropriate level of care, including outpatient services, residential treatment, and recovery support.

CenterPoint Recovery Center – Long-Term Residential Treatment

CenterPoint Recovery Center is a six-month residential treatment program for men and is part of Recovery Kentucky. The program is peer-driven and includes a transitional phase designed to support reintegration into the community.

Fuller Center Short-Term Residential Treatment

The Fuller Center offers a 28-day residential treatment program for men located on the Fuller Center Campus in Mayfield. Treatment is 12-step based and incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Crisis Stabilization for Substance Use Disorders

Four Rivers Behavioral Health provides 24/7 emergency crisis services for substance use disorders through its Crisis Line. The 5–7 day Crisis Stabilization Program offers a safe, supportive environment for individuals to stabilize and determine next steps in recovery.

Turning Point Recovery Community Center

Turning Point Recovery Community Center provides easy access to recovery support, especially for individuals who are new to sobriety. With locations in Paducah and Mayfield, Turning Point offers guidance, connection, and peer-based support throughout the recovery process.
