KY Moms (Maternal Assistance Toward Recovery) is a program designed to help pregnant women and new mothers reduce risks associated with substance use and other challenges during and after pregnancy. The program provides education, support, and access to resources that promote healthier outcomes for both mothers and their babies.
Through a caring and non-judgmental approach, KY Moms connects women with services that support recovery, improve well-being, and help families build a strong foundation for the future.

Lily’s House provides a supportive living environment for women who have completed substance use treatment and wish to remain drug-free during pregnancy and beyond. Residents receive ongoing support from peer specialists and case managers while living alongside others working toward the same goal.
KY Moms supports pregnant and postpartum women by helping reduce harm related to substance use during and after pregnancy. The program provides a caring, non-judgmental environment and connects mothers to resources that promote healthy outcomes for both mother and baby.
If you’re unsure where to begin, the Center for Specialized Addiction Services serves as the central starting point for substance use treatment at Four Rivers Behavioral Health. This center helps connect individuals to the appropriate level of care, including outpatient services, residential treatment, and recovery support.
Four Rivers Behavioral Health’s Early Childhood Consultant works with children from birth to age five, along with their parents impacted by opioid and other substance use disorders. The Early Childhood Consultant provides individual and family therapy to improve child development, health attachment, and build resilience in families.
A statewide early intervention program serving children from birth to age 3 who have a developmental delay or a medical condition known to impact development. Services focus on early support and family involvement to promote healthy growth and developmental progress during critical early years.

KentuckyCare’s licensed clinicians can assist with reducing symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and substance use. KentuckyCare provides behavioral health and substance use disorder services in a non-judgmental integrated health environment.
