Programs & Services

Center for Specialized Addiction Services

If you’re unsure where to begin, the Center for Specialized Addiction Services serves as the central starting point for substance use treatment at Four Rivers Behavioral Health. This center helps connect individuals to the appropriate level of care, including outpatient services, residential treatment, and recovery support.

Recovery Oriented System of Care

The Recovery Oriented System of Care is a collaborative network of local organizations focused on helping pregnant and parenting women access resources that support recovery. The program’s goal is to help mothers maintain recovery while keeping families together whenever possible.

Lily's House

Lily’s House provides a supportive living environment for women who have completed substance use treatment and wish to remain drug-free during pregnancy and beyond. Residents receive ongoing support from peer specialists and case managers while living alongside others working toward the same goal.

KY Moms – Maternal Assistance Toward Recovery

KY Moms supports pregnant and postpartum women by helping reduce harm related to substance use during and after pregnancy. The program provides a caring, non-judgmental environment and connects mothers to resources that promote healthy outcomes for both mother and baby.

Turning Point Recovery Community Center

Turning Point Recovery Community Center provides easy access to recovery support, especially for individuals who are new to sobriety. With locations in Paducah and Mayfield, Turning Point offers guidance, connection, and peer-based support throughout the recovery process.
