A Structured Path to Recovery

The CenterPoint program is organized into several phases designed to help residents progress through recovery at a steady pace. Each phase focuses on building stronger recovery skills while gradually increasing independence and personal responsibility.

Residents move through the program only after reaching important recovery milestones and demonstrating readiness for the next stage of treatment.

Evidence-Based Recovery Programs

CenterPoint incorporates a combination of proven recovery methods including:

These approaches help residents better understand addiction, develop coping strategies, and create a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Program Phases

Safe Off the Streets (SOS)

Every resident begins the program in the Safe Off the Streets phase. During the first several days, individuals are stabilized and monitored while preparing to begin the recovery process. The goal of this stage is to create a safe starting point and help residents regain hope and stability.

Motivational Track

During the motivational phase, residents begin learning about addiction and recovery through classes and group discussions. Participants explore how addiction impacts their lives and begin committing to the recovery process while attending 12-step meetings and building support networks.

Phase One and Continued Growth

As residents progress through the program, they work more deeply through the twelve steps, complete recovery assignments, and develop the skills needed to maintain sobriety after leaving the program. Accountability, leadership, and mentorship become key parts of this stage as residents support newer participants in their recovery journey.

Preparing for Life After Treatment

CenterPoint also includes a transitional component that helps residents prepare to return to the community. During this phase, participants focus on rebuilding relationships, developing employment skills, and planning for long-term recovery.

The goal is to ensure that residents leave the program with the confidence, support systems, and practical tools needed to maintain a healthy and sober lifestyle.
