Four Rivers Behavioral Health’s Center for Integrated Supports is the hub that provides care for those with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability. This includes a variety of assistance programs for adults, children and families. Individualized treatment is based on an initial assessment and participant-specific goals. Services include programs like Supported Employment, Case Management and Creative Enterprises, our adult day program.
The Center for Integrated Supports works closely with others at Four Rivers Behavioral Health including Mental Health Treatment Care and our Center for Medical Services.

Case Management is often the first step in identifying the services and supports that are right for an individual.
Following an initial assessment, a person-centered Plan of Care is developed in collaboration with the individual and their support team. This plan reflects personal goals and outlines the steps needed to achieve those goals, while promoting choice, community involvement, employment, and personal satisfaction.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to support children ages 2–18 diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
