Quick Response Team

The Quick Response Team is made up of trained Peer Support Specialists.
After an overdose event, the team will:
Visit the survivor within 24–48 hours
Check on health and safety
Provide support
Offer treatment and recovery options
This approach connects individuals to care during a critical window of time.

A short-term, 28-day residential treatment program for men located at the Fuller Center Campus in Mayfield, KY.
Admissions are often available within one business day
Provides structured, intensive treatment to begin recovery
A long-term, six-month residential treatment program for men with substance use disorders, located in Paducah, KY.
Admission wait times may be several weeks
Individuals may begin treatment at the Fuller Center 28-Day Program and transition to CenterPoint afterward
This pathway allows recovery to begin without delay.
