Four Rivers Behavioral Health provides specialized crisis services for individuals diagnosed with intellectual or developmental disabilities, offering short-term, responsive support during times of heightened need.

Our Crisis Center operates an eight-bed Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit as part of the Fuller Center Campus in Mayfield, Kentucky. Crisis services are designed to promote safety, stability, and connection to appropriate supports.
