OurPlace Program – Crisis Evaluation

Children’s Crisis Services include admission to the Center for Specialized Children’s Services’ OurPlace Program.

Children admitted to OurPlace receive an extensive three (3) day evaluation, which includes:

  • A comprehensive clinical evaluation

Levels of Care

Two levels of care are available and are determined by the nature and severity of the means crisis.

  • Evaluation-Only Care
Most children and youth referred require only the three-day evaluation and are able to remain in their current living environment.

  • Evaluation with Overnight Support
Some children are unable to remain safely in their current environment during the evaluation period. In these cases, Four Rivers Behavioral Health maintains contracts with local Private Child Care providers to offer overnight support.

This flexibility ensures each child receives care that matches their immediate needs.
