Inlet Health is a partnership between Communicare, Inc. of Elizabethtown, Kentucky and Four Rivers Behavioral Health which is headquartered in Paducah, Kentucky. As Inlet Health, the combined agencies serve 17 counties in central and western Kentucky. Inlet Health provides in-school clinicians to more than 75 schools in western and central Kentucky and offers more than 70 specific programs and specialized services. Jointly, Communicare, Inc. and Four Rivers Behavioral Health employ about 1,000 Inlet Health staff members. Nearly 100 of those employees are licensed behavioral health clinicians with the remainder being doctors, nurses, nurse-practitioners, peer support specialists, clinical associates and business support staff.
