Our Center for Youth in Transition houses several programs specifically geared toward youth from 12 to 25 years old. These young people are generally at a higher risk of developing early mental health conditions and are much more likely to develop a substance use disorder.

A specialized early-intervention program designed to support young people ages 15–30 who may be experiencing early signs of a psychotic illness. The iHOPE Program focuses on early identification, coordinated care, and ongoing support to promote stability, understanding, and long-term wellness.
Our Drop In Center – The Zone, offers transition aged youth and young adults an after school “home base” that is drug free and offers Peer Counseling support and other Behavioral Health services.
Four Rivers Behavioral Health’s Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is a treatment option for adolescents 13 to 18 years old.
Treatment focuses on teens who have a substance abuse problem or a mental health concern in conjunction with substance abuse.
Assertive Community Treatment is a way to deliver a full range of services to people who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness. The goal of Assertive Community Treatment is to give program participants adequate community care and help them live a full life that is not defined by their mental illness.
